I just heard your interview on Saturday. June 27,2009 on Ring of Fire. It is shocking that so much of it goes on without the approval of most people. Just saw an Organic Consumers Report hinting that Hershey’s uses child labor.
I have to let you know that about 2 years ago I was on a train with a slight Mexican woman who, in my broken Spanish, told of almost dying as she walked across from Mexico into Arizona and being arrested and put in chains, very heavy chains and ending up a slave in Brookly, NY. There she slept on the floor in the laundry room and did housework. She was able to leave(escape?) and got an off the books job grooming pets-which is how she was able to save the money to be on the train and heading out to LA-she had some kind of paper the Mexican consulate in NYC had given her that she felt made it safer to be seen in public.
I wonder who got paid for her to become a slave in Brooklyn.
